You can feel worlds away in this Tampa park, even though it sits between Fletcher and Bruce B Downs. Lettuce Lake Park has an amazing boardwalk that travels through hardwood swamp forest. It made for wonderful fall photos. This couple wanted to put their personalities to show in these photos. They are huge music lovers and brought along a turntable along with their favorite vinyls. The result was AWESOME!
Lashes Photography has done many weddings, engagement shoots, portraits and more in various locations, and today was enjoyed shooting at the Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota. Lashes founders, husband and wife team Evan and Ashley Pedone performed an engagement shoot for bride and groom to be, Katie and Chris who wanted their engagement pictures to be something a little less traditional, so they went with a Sinatra theme, complete with a top hat.
Themes have always held a prominent place in photography, but being creative with a theme and coming up with something that reflects your personality is timeless and classic. Converting photos to black and white or sepia tone is desirable as well.
No matter where you decide to have your engagement photography done; in a park, the beach, at a museum, or if you decide to tailor a theme, the most important thing is to make sure that the pics represent the real you and capture your true personality and beauty.
This couple wanted to celebrate their alma mater with their engagement session. The USF Tampa campus was beautiful. We visited a few architecturally awesome spots and were ready to wrap when Ashlea came up with one more location. We visited the place where they first met, a tree outside a class they had together. They threw up their horns and click. That memory was preserved forever. Go Bulls!
This couple wanted a vintage feel for their engagement session. They did a perfect job picking out vintage fashions. We spent the time having a blast around Disney’s Boardwalk. This was one of my absolute favorite photo shoots. The employees at the midway games let us have the run of the place and were so congratulatory. Loved it!
